2. For any warranty claims, customers are encouraged to contact us directly to initiate the warranty process.
3. We strive to resolve complaints within 24 hours. In situations where repairs take longer, we will keep our customers informed and work diligently to find solutions.
4. Anh Khoa provides warranty coverage solely for machinery and main devices, typically for a period of 12 months. Please note that consumables and accessories are not covered under warranty.
5. Warranty eligibility includes defects attributable to manufacturing errors; we do not cover damages resulting from user negligence, improper use, electrical failures, fires, water damage, or pest-related issues. Nevertheless, depending on the specific situation, we are dedicated to offering support for any unforeseen issues our customers may face.
